There are over 200 million insects on our planet, which makes them the most numerous species on Earth. Insects are the class of invertebrates within the arthropod phylum and their body is divided in parts and covered with a hard shell called exoskeleton. They also have antennas, specialized extremities, and sometimes they have even wings. Most insects are tiny, except for the beetles which are much bigger.
Some insects feed on plants and others feed on meat. Even though we hate them and we consider them harmful, the insects are actually avital element in the biological cycle of nature.
A Wonderful Plant in the Struggle against Plagues
Insects are those who decompose organic matter, as that is their major role. However, they are also important pollinizers of the plants, which are of both ecological and economic importance.
